What kind of tasks can I order?

Do you carry out research on items, products, vendors, etc.?

Yes, we do.

Until we find the requested information, we will dedicate thirty (30) minutes for a normal task and one (1) hour for a business task. We always try our best but we cannot promise to always find every requested item in the case that insufficient information is provided. Please give us enough information (specific item, name or code) or conditions so we can carry out research most effectively.

Do you undertake telemarketing sales or negotiations on my behalf?

Yes, we do.

Please give us detailed instructions and information so that we can deal with that party smoothly. However, we cannot develop sales and negotiations by ourselves. What we can provide is more of a liaison or translation service.

How many times do you call for a task?

We make one phone call or send one email for a Business Task. If the call lasts over 15 minutes, three more tickets will be deducted once the task is completed. When we are requested to send emails, the task is regarded complete when a response has been received.

Who are the assistants?

Our assistants are carefully screened, professional assistants. Currently, 90% are Japanese. The remaining 10% are Chinese.

When are your office hours?

From 11:00 to 20:00, Monday through Friday (Japan Standard Time).

Will I get the same assistant for every request?

No, you will not be assigned a dedicated assistant. Our whole team will support you. If you want a dedicated assistant you need to sign up for the Enterprise Plan.

What if I am not satisfied with an assistant’s performance?

How long does a task take to be completed on average?

It depends on the challenges of each individual task. For example, in the case that an assistant sends an email to a third party on behalf of a customer, we cannot manage the counterpart. On average, our assistants respond to customer’s requests within 24 hours.

Can I order over the phone or Skype?

No you cannot. All tasks must be ordered on the Clary website.

What is the difference between Normal tasks and Business tasks?

How many items do you include on a list for a Normal task?

At most, three items.

How many items do you make a list of for a Business task?

At most, ten items.

Can I order you to edit business documents such as quotes, invoices, brochures, etc.?

Yes, you can. In these cases, we need detailed instructions from the client. We cannot create them from scratch.

Can I order in English?

Yes, you can order in any of the 6 languages which we offer.

If I forget to push ‘complete’ button, what will happen?

Any tasks will be automatically completed after the last response from our assistants.

Is my personal information protected?

Yes, your personal information is strictly protected. Clary uses an SSL certificate. Furthermore, all assistants are under confidentiality agreements with Clary.

What is the maximum file size can I upload?

5 megabytes.

What types of files can I upload?

doc、docx、xls、xlsx、ppt、pptx、pdf、jpg、jpeg、png、gif

How can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

How do I see my billing history?

When will I get billed next time?

We our billing cycles run approximately every 30 days. It all depends on the length of each calender month. For example, if this is August, you will be billed 31 days after the previous billing date.

Do you have any plans that offer more than 20 tickets?

Please go to http://yourclary.com/system/customer/plan and click ‘Cancel recurring payment’.

Can I get a refund on a prorate basis?

Unfortunately, we do not offer prorate refunds.

I have not received my password reset/confirmation email.

If you have requested your new password and have not yet received the email, please check your email domain setting then try again.

Where have my unused requests gone?

Each month, you receive a fixed number of tickets. Unused requests do not roll over at the end of the month.

How long are my tickets are valid?

They are valid for 30 days after purchase.
